Beginning the first of two sold out show in Philadelphia, Bert McCracken of The Used says “These first two records mean the world to people, and it’s not easy to put that into words, but we truly understand how that feels." After fifteen years, Alternative rock band from Orem, Utah, The Used brought their unique sound back to Philadelphia to celebrate their 15th Anniversary milestone and to play their first two albums in their entirety between two nights in Philadelphia. More than a decade after taking control of the rock radio airwaves, the band played their self-titled debut album on Tuesday, May 3rd and playing their sophomore album In Love And Death the very next day on Wednesday, May 4th.

“These first two records saved my life over and over” explains Bert McCracken during night one after playing the first song off their Self Titled album. Then busting into one of the hits that made The Used who they are today "Taste Of Ink," which launched the crowd into a manic energy filled crowd as the band feeds off the crowds super high energy. The fans were so stoked to hear The Used first two albums in full and have been waiting for this moment for years, now that it is here they were just as energized throughout the two shows as if these albums were released yesterday. The Electric Factory was so packed beyond capacity and sold out for not one but both of the nights. The Used are just as good as they were 15 years ago if not even better! The crowds voices were so loud it must've been really hard to sing over them but Bert did that better then most vocalists could ever do.

If this 15 year Anniversary tour makes a stop in your city, you MUST go out and see it there is no reason not to, with incredible musicianship and talent beyond belief, The Used blew the roof off of The Electric Factory and we could not of been happier. Proving this tour is such high demand it started off at a smaller venue called The Trocadero but the tickets sold out in minutes and so fast that they had to upgrade the venue to a much bigger one which happened to be The Electric Factory.
