Corey Taylor Paid Tribute To PRINCE singing PURPLE RAIN

In an odd coincidence, Slipknot and Stone Sour frontman Corey Taylor was booked to perform at famed Minneapolis, MN venue First Avenue, the venue where a young Prince cut his teeth on the day that Prince sadly passed away.

So it is with no surprise that Taylor performed a cover one of Prince's defining songs, "Purple Rain."
