The Cool Kids Come Together with Echosmith at their SOLD OUT Show at TLAPhilly

PHILADELPHIA, PA — Echosmith, which is Comprised of four Sierota siblings who range in age from 16 to 21 (Graham-16, Sydney-17, Noah-19 & Jamie-21). A very young yet very talented group of cool kids who have the potential to begin selling out arena tours. Echosmith made their way into The Theatre Of The Living Arts on February 28th for their SOLD OUT filling the venue beyond capacity leaving fans scrounging for last minute tickets to get in. This being Echosmith’s first headlining tour they weren't sure what to expect but we all knew it would be a huge success selling out multiple dates of the tour. Echosmith bursted onto the scene with their now platinum hit “Cool Kids”, which soared to #13 on The Billboard Top 100. Also off of their 2013 Talking Dreams album, The single “Bright” has made it back on the charts with a music video released earlier this month. Chants of ECHOSMITH filling the venue just as their marquee on their backdrop presenting their name in lights illuminated the stage. The Sierota’s are making huge moves that have landed Echosmith on VH1 and MTV’s “Artists To Watch” lists.

Echosmith

Echosmith does a good job of serving up engaging, infectious songs in their own unique way. With their colorful blend of carefree pop music with driving guitar riffs, California native cool kids Echosmith, wowed the sold out crowd and kept the crowds attention grasped onto them at all times. Things got off to a solid start with “Let’s Love,” which featured some nice vocal interaction between Sydney and her oldest brother, guitarist Jamie. Sydney's vocal control was impressive, hitting soft, hard, low, and high notes with perfection. Noah seemed one with his bass, getting deep into the groove of the tunes. Jamie hit his vocals perfectly and executed the guitar riffs. Graham was on beat the entire set, keeping his siblings in pace. Of course, Echosmith saved “Cool Kids” for the final song before the encore. “Cool Kids” will resonate with any teen that feels like an outsider, as Sydney belts out, “I wish that I could be like the cool kids, cause all the cool kids they seem to fit in.” The song has a great meaning behind it along with a great electronic vibe to it making you want to dance, I doubt you can listen to it without at least tapping your foot. The show closer has a more rock vibe to it more rock feel then you would expect from Echosmith with “Nothing’s Wrong” which was a great way to depart from the stage and make continue on their tour journey to the next several sold out dates. The Sierotas wrote all their own material, and are clearly all very talented musicians. Based on this incredible show I would recommend getting out to see them and downloading their albums as you will be hearing a lot more from them for a very long time which they have a very long career ahead of them being so young and already conquering the music scene just wait till they get older and will be taking over all of the Billboard charts! Echosmith only played a 14 song setlist but you would've thought their set was much longer as the crowd seems so euthastic as they were leaving the TLA that night please with the show they just seem and left wanting more. Catch them on their upcoming tour with Twenty One Pilots This Spring/Summer!
