Katy Perry and Dolly Parton DUET on the ACMs 2016

All of the artists at the ACM Awards deserve a huge round of applause for their stellar performances. A huge congratulations is in order for all of those who won awards. Boot Kickin' Mayhem has chosen ten standout performances from the ACMs.

BEST DUET PERFORMANCE: KATY PERRY & DOLLY PARTON

Dolly Parton joined Katy Perry on stage for a duet performance of some of Dolly Parton's biggest hits including, “Coat of Many Colors,” “Jolene” and “9 to 5.” It was a huge treat for fans at home and in attendance to see two women at the top of their respective genres perform together. The two also brought humor to the stage during their introductions.“We’re both known for some of the biggest…songs in our fields,” Perry said as she introduced Dolly Parton to be honored with the Tex Ritter Award.

BEST TRIBUTE PERFORMANCE: Eric Church (Tributing: Scott Weiland, Motorhead's Lemmy, Glenn Frey, & David Bowie)

A Beautiful tribute happened at the ACM Awards this year from Eric Church tributing his Idols in music that have past away over the last year featuring Scott Weiland of Stone Temple Pilots, Motorhead's Lemmy Kilmister, David Bowie, & Glenn Frey of The Eagles.) Except like most tributes where the artist sings the deceased artists songs, Eric Church put a unique tasting on it by dj'ing their songs from Records while dancing around and showing off their album covers! Great Job to Eric Church! Definitely a tribute performance I would never forget.

BEST FEMALE PERFORMANCE: CAM performing "Burning House"

Cam has been conquering the country music radio lately and her biggest hit single "Burning House" has been a huge success for her throughout the past year. Her success is only going to grow as her unique style of country makes her stand out and "Burning House" is almost everyones favorite female fronted country song at the moment. The performance stood out as it always does cause it gets the crowd going even other artists in attendance were dancing/singing along in the crowd.

BEST PRODUCTION PERFORMANCE: Carrie Underwood performing "Church Bells"

Carrie currently taking the world by storm with her Storyteller album performing a song off the album at the ACM's was the only right thing to do performing "Church Bells" with an extraordinary production on stage for her performance with the antique styled staircase and her flawless attire making her performance stand out more then it already has from her more then perfect vocals. Another stand out event that happened during her performance was when she banged the drums like a hard rock chick, was incredible moment of the performance.

BEST DUO PERFORMANCE: Florida Georgia Line performing new song "Confession"

Florida Georgia Line most famous for their big hit song "Cruise" which topped the country charts for a long time and now their newest hit "Confession." Seeing them perform their bro-country with what seemed like a battling duet was more then one could ask for. Florida Georgia Line played “Confession,” the fifth single from the Anything Goes album, but the duo had the very challenging task of following Katy Perry and Dolly Parton which did dim their performance down a bit but they still shined brightly and their performance was one for the books!

BEST SOLO PERFORMANCE: Charles Kelley of Lady Antebellum performing "Lonely Girl"

Lady Antebellum's own frontman Charles Kelley taking the turn to be a solo artist while Lady Antebellum is currently on a brief hiatus to be with their families and such. Charles is conquering the country scene with his new solo music and his performance of "Lonely Girl" was mind blowing with his 2 backing vocals and him on stage and not much production the entire audience there and at home was grasped to the TV watching as his voice is something everyone wants to hear, very unique and flawless.

MOST MEZMORIZING PERFORMANCE: Chris Stapleton performing "Fire Away"

Chris Stapleton who has been a phenomenon who rocketed to household name status when he swept the CMA Awards in November, walking away with four wins, the most of anyone: Male Vocalist, New Male Vocalist, Song of the Year for “Nobody to Blame” and Album of the Year for the blockbuster “Traveller.” Chris performing "Fire Away" which seemed to have silenced the entire MGM Grand Arena while he performed kind of like if Jesus just taken over the stage although everyone in attendance was singing along quietly ending with a huge standing ovation.

BEST NEW SONG PERFORMANCE: Jason Aldean performing "Lights Come On" & Tim McGraw performing "Humble and Kind"

This was a hard category and choice to make between 2 performances that happened at the ACMs. So it was only right to bring attention to both of them one being Jason Aldean who has topped the country radio charts for years now and a legend of country Tim McGraw who has been around for what seems like forever! Jason Aldean performing his newest hit "Lights Come On" not only did he shine vocally but the lights also shining bright and flashing on as he sings the chorus "Lights Come On." Jason Aldean is one to see live and on award shows cause he always gives his all and puts on one extraordinary performance!

Tim McGraw leads the genre in a bit in the positive direction these days, performing his latest hit “Humble and Kind.” He brought up a very diverse group of fans on stage with him, creating a quiet, yet very powerful moment at a show that demands attention. Beginning the song's performance with sitting at a stool in the middle of the MGM Grand venue as the entire venue illuminated from the bracelets given out to light up during his performance. The bracelet stating "Be Humble & Kind" on it. He never fails to blow the minds of even other country artists in the game even those who are very large in the scene at the moment.

BEST NEW ARTIST PERFORMANCE: Kelsea Ballerini featuring Nick Jonas performing "Peter Pan"

Kelsea Ballerini and Nick Jonas

Kelsea Ballerini a rising star in the country music scene right now as well as Nick Jonas a rising star in the Pop Genre right now dueting for Kelsea's "Peter Pan" grasp the attention of many as their very soulful performance was one you had to catch at the ACMs and one we won't soon forget! Nick showing his guitar playing talent as Kelsea's vocals shine brightly then their vocals blending flawlessly nearing the end of their performance.

Everyone who performed put on one stellar performance and made the country music world very proud to have them apart of it.
